By this, you can have the proper understanding about your actions. Next time if similar scenarios will happen, you will see how you will react differently. Have someone to talk to: this method or activity used to manage anger may not be applicable to everyone for the reason that not everybody is that expressive with regards to what they feel and think. There are people that prefer to keep their problem to themselves and solve it on their own. But, for those who prefer to share their problem with their friends, family and other acquainted people; this is a very good way of pouring out your feeling and your anger. Sometimes what we need is just a listening ear to know that there is somebody that still cares for us and show us sympathy.
