Maintaining Your Focus Thru Difficulty: Introduction (0 of 4)

To All there is a lot of Areas that we can gain acceptance thru education which will eliminate 75% of the disappointment that we will face thru adversity. We will try to cover these area's from our experience and our Teams in 4 segment however it might take more than 4 however we will keep you updated. Note: Below is just and Introductory however we do not want to scare anyone away. Please remember there are solutions to all adversity it's just how we perceive the difficulty.

Network-MLM-Marketing is very very gratifying but there will be adversities that you must be aware of. If youStay centered on your Dreams and Aspirations you can and will conquer these adversities, now please understand we will be the first to tell you that it's no cake walk and it's easier said then done however by understanding the why's and by equipping yourself througheducation will make the metamorphosis from frustration back to focus much easier.

First we are going to focus on 1st area of compensation MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing) which my wife and I are able to be blessed in our Main Business. We have been very blessed to recruit Business partners and byfunctioning together as a Team helping each other reach the level of success that we all choose, however it has not been a journey without difficulty. In MLM you are compensated by helping others become lucrative marketing the services or product in your main business .

In Multi-Level-Marketing you introduce your Opportunity to Individuals that are looking for either part time or Full Time Income and as the Professional in your field you are their Coach & their Mentor and if you don't already know some will and some won't: meaning that some will put in 50% to 100% and some will only put in 0%-50% and you must realize and except this is just how it is and you have to focus on the Business Partners that are coach-able and have the willingness to grasp the outline to success that has already been achieved, marketing the services or products in your main business.

Their will be a % of Business partners that you will work with and help, then out of nowhere they will either slow down in their efforts or just quit, now understand that you cannot chase after them because if you do you will be directing your passion, energy and effort in the wrong direction and leave the seeds that you have sown and are cultivating unprotected, as Jim Rohn puts it (Imagine you are a farmer and you have a field that you are sowing seeds in and cultivating and then some birds come and take some seeds away you cannot chase the birds because you will leave your field unprotected for more birds to come and take away your seeds.)

The birds refer to excuses that one gives, why they cannot do this or that and you must remember that everyone has a right to their thought process, we are not in the convincing game because if someone does not see the value working towards their Legacy at this time on their own which is their right, it's not up to us to convince them remember this is just how it is. You have to take your passion your emotions and redirect them back to your field that you have been cultivating meaning your business and focus on your harvest meaning the Business Partners that are running in the upper (%) percentile that see your Vision.

In MLM marketing as your Team of Business Partners sign upassociates for either services or products and If part of your compensation plan is a certain % which is from the members your Team of Business Partners sign up, you must make sure that you are communicating with your Business partners and continue to work on Self Improvement along with your Team of Business partners.

I say this because if you just sign up (New Business Partners) and don't Help them it will come back and severely bite you in your pocket. Note: If you are paid advance commission you have to be very careful because if an untrained Business partner signs up members to services or product and you are paid advance commission for that book of business and it goes south/ and depending on your compensation plan this can literally put you out of Business example you have 3 new Business Partners that sign up 10 members each you receive advance commission of $50.00 for each that is $1500.00 and 50% cancel you will be -$750.00 out of pocket.

Now above will cause someone to become frustrated however if you put in preventive measures then this will eliminate this variable.
1st way is to Coach and Mentor your new Business partners and envision them with your vision so that it will become a Team Vision and teach them the art of retention.
2nd If available setup a reserve balance account meaning an account that you don't touch so if this situation occurs you will be prepared
3rd request to be paid as earned meaning as the member pays the bill you will get paid a certain % (examples) if as earned is $14.00 per month that means if you sign up only 100 people you will receive $1400.00 per month and if you sign up only 1000 people $14,000.00 per Month and so on.

Note: once again we can make the transition from frustration to focus easier by proper knowledge and preparation.
